How does pricing work?
You top up your balance and pay per message. Short messages can start from 1p, with pricing based on message length.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Lara does not require a monthly plan. You top up your balance and use it when you need it.
When do I get charged?
You are charged after Lara replies successfully, not before.
Why use Lara instead of a monthly AI subscription?
If you only use AI when you actually need it, pay-as-you-go can be simpler and cheaper than paying every month regardless of usage.
Can Lara answer current questions?
Yes. When fresh information matters, Lara can use live web search to give more current answers.
What happens if I run out of balance?
You will need to top up your wallet before sending more paid messages.
Are top-ups refundable?
Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a billing error.
How long is my account data stored?
Account data is stored for 30 days before deletion, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a billing, security, or abuse issue.
How long are chats stored?
Chat data is stored for 30 days before deletion.
