These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Lara.

Use of the service

Lara is provided as a pay-as-you-go AI chat service. You agree to use the service lawfully and not for abuse, fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful activity, or attempts to interfere with the service.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and activity that happens through your account.

AI outputs

Lara may produce incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any response. Lara should not be relied on as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

Pricing and wallet

Lara uses a prepaid wallet model. You top up your balance and are charged per message. Pricing may vary based on message size or product rules shown in the service at the time of use.

Top-ups and refunds

Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a billing error. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support at paylara.app@gmail.com and we will review the issue.

Connectivity, outages, and duplicate requests

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, duplicate requests, failed actions, or similar issues caused by internet connectivity, device issues, payment provider issues, third-party service failures, or other events outside our reasonable control. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support and we will review it.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Lara if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lara is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update Lara and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
